Diagnosis and elimination of agricultural machinery‌ faults

Author:

The diagnosis and troubleshooting of agricultural mac∏hinery faults is relatively difficult. Some maintenance personnel have alw♣ays used the method of replacement testing, regardless o>f the large or small parts, as long as they believeα that the components that may cause the fault are r eplaced one by one, the results not only fail to eliminate the fault, but also replace ¶the parts that should not be replaced at will, increasi™ng the expenses of agricultural machinery users. Some faulty αcomponents can be completely restored to their technical performance through rep₽air, without the need for complex repair processes. However, maintenan•ce personnel require users to replace them with new parts and blindly adopt the &q‌uot;replacement repair" method, resulting in serious waste. The practi<ce of blindly replacing parts and blindly replacing repairable parts mentioned above still± exists to varying degrees in some repair units. During maintenance, the cause and location of theσ fault should be carefully analyzed and judged based on the fault phenomenon. Foσr repairable components, repair methods should be adopted to restore technical performa‍nce, and blind replacement of components should be avoided.
Failure to check the quality of new parts after assembly is a common issue
Before replacing the parts, some maintenance personnel do not conduct technical inspec÷tions on the new parts and install them directly on agricultural machinery. This approach i‌s unscientific. At present, the quality of agricultural machinery spare parts sold in the market≠ is uneven, with some counterfeit and inferior parts being mixed up; There are also s§ome accessories whose performance changes due to long inventory times, such as no×t being tested, which often cause malfunctions after assemb"ly. Before replacing with new accessories, it is necessary to cond uct necessary inspections and tests, including appearaαnce and performance tests, to ensure that the new accessories are faultless →and prevent unnecessary trouble caused by them.
